Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional preferred date and session type)

Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, issue memos, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean privacy law and, for relevant individuals, other regimes, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure booking practice, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Inquiry emails and booking records are kept up to 36 months after the last interaction unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days. Memos delivered to you are yours to retain; we keep working copies only as needed for follow-up, then delete or anonymize.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean law or valid legal process.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider security commitments. You may contact us for more detail about current processors.
Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email contact@neuraltechs.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
Children
Services are intended for adults experienced with self-custody. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
