Refund & Cancellation
Deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules for NeuralTechs sessions.

Scope
This policy applies to deposits and fees for NeuralTechs in-person sessions (air-gapped wallet audits, signing-log organization, multi-device custody reviews, and related booked blocks). This site does not sell physical merchandise or software subscriptions.
Deposit
A 30% deposit holds your slot. The deposit is credited toward the session fee when you attend.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 days before the session: full deposit refund
- 3–7 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Fewer than 3 days: deposit non-refundable
- No-show: deposit non-refundable; remaining fee not charged
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 3 days’ notice is allowed without penalty, subject to availability. Later reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timeline above.
Cancellation by NeuralTechs
If we must cancel (illness, facility issue, safety concern), you may choose a full deposit refund or a new date. We are not responsible for your travel costs.
Partial sessions / work already started
If you end a session early for personal reasons after it begins, fees for time already reserved are non-refundable. If we end a session because room rules are broken (including attempts to expose seed material), no refund is due for the started block.
Materials
Paper templates and memos produced for you are part of the session deliverable. We do not refund for unused blank forms you choose not to take home.
Refund process & timing
Email contact@neuraltechs.digital with your booking name, date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may require your account details.
