Extended note: rotating a vault after an audit
A client who had kept the same air-gapped signer for six years booked the flagship audit before moving funds to a newer device. The session uncovered that firmware update receipts lived only in an email account they planned to close. We rebuilt a paper trail for provenance, practiced destination checks with dust amounts they already controlled, and scheduled a signing-log session for the week after the move. No seeds were shared.
