Acceptance
By using https://neuraltechs.digital or booking a NeuralTechs session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services
NeuralTechs provides informational and educational audit sessions related to offline wallet hygiene and signing-log organization. We do not custody assets, execute trades, provide investment advice, or guarantee security outcomes. Session descriptions on this site are informational; the confirmed booking email defines the engagement.
Bookings and payments
Fees, deposits, and schedules are agreed in writing before the session. Pricing pages are guidance only. No checkout or payment processing runs on this website.
Client responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for your keys, devices, backups, and transactions. You must not present seed phrases or private keys during sessions. You confirm you are legally able to hold and discuss the assets and devices you bring.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and memo formats created by NeuralTechs remain our intellectual property. You may keep and use materials delivered to you for personal custody purposes. You may not republish our materials for commercial training without written consent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, NeuralTechs is not liable for loss of digital assets, consequential damages, or decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability for a given booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
